The Service

The Service turns a question into a knowledge map: concepts, labelled relations, node details, and on-demand expansion. AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is not professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

Credits and payments

• Paid features use one-time credit packs priced in US dollars. The price, credit amount, and validity period shown at checkout are authoritative.
• Credits are charged only when an AI action completes successfully. Map creation, node expansion, and node detail generation each have their own credit cost shown in the app.
• New accounts may receive a one-time welcome credit grant. It is not cash and has no monetary value.
• Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment, tax, and refunds. Its terms and privacy policy also apply to the purchase.
• Unused credits expire after the validity period shown at purchase. Refund requests should be emailed to support@concepttrail.app and are subject to the merchant of record's policies. Credits already consumed are generally non-refundable.

AI output

Maps and explanations are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Verify anything you rely on, especially for safety-critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Submit sensitive personal, financial, or health data about yourself or others.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, maps, or data.
• Interfere with the Service, bypass rate limits or credit charges, or scrape it at scale.
• Resell generated content as a standalone dataset or use it to build a competing model.

Your content

You retain ownership of the questions and maps you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations and disclaimers) will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
